The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page one, section five-a, line seven, by striking out the words “taken illegally, $100 for each native brook trout” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “that exceeds the creel limit, $100 for the first five illegally taken and $20 for each thereafter;”.
